Payment
All payments will be made by PayPal, for our security, payment is made in two parts, half after approval of the initial sketch, and the other half when the illustration is finished.

No refunds. unless there is a technical problem and I cannot deliver your drawing on time.

There is a 50% surcharge for each additional character and 50% for the background. This surcharge is based on the original price, not cumulative.
